Payment Terms

Payment for services provided by Hira Digital Solutions is subject to the following terms:

- Clients are required to make a payment of 50% of the total project cost before the commencement of the project.

- The remaining 50% of the total project cost is due upon completion of the project and before the delivery of the final product.

- No refunds will be provided for payments made in advance in the event of project cancellation.

 - Payment methods accepted by Hira Digital Solutions include bank transfers, online payments, or other agreed-upon methods.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the successful completion of the project.
• Clients are required to provide timely feedback and responses to communication from Hira Digital Solutions throughout the 3 months duration of the project.

Digital Marketing Solutions is committed to ensuring the security of your information. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data.

Intellectual Property

• Hira Digital Solutions retains ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with the services provided, including but not limited to designs, content, and code developed during the project.
• Upon full payment of the project fees, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the intended purpose outlined in the project scope.

Confidentiality

Hira Digital Solutions agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and project details disclosed during the project.

Limitation of Liability

Hira Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Hira Digital Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms and conditions.
